Truer World LLC · Wilmington, Delaware
We build it for our own practice first.
Truer World is two founders and one primary care practice. Everything we sell is something we run ourselves, every day, on our own patients and our own billing — and we publish what we learn, including the parts that went wrong.

Why we do this
In the spring of 2026 our practice switched billing platforms. Every vendor report said the cutover was clean. By midsummer deposits were down and we blamed payer lag. In September we joined the EHR, the billing system, and the payers' own records visit by visit and found 4,848 claims — $482,000 payable — that no dashboard had shown, because each system only counts what reaches it. We wrote the whole thing up.
That episode is the company in miniature. Independent primary care is squeezed between rising costs and reimbursement that rewards work practices are not set up to capture: care management, wellness visits, behavioral health integration, preventive services. The work is good for patients and pays for itself, but it needs staff, a system of record, and honest accounting of what actually happened in the exam room. Most practices have none of the three.
We built the three because we needed them. Then we started offering them to colleagues.

The Truer Health suite
Truer Health is our flagship product suite. Three pieces, one system of record:
- Clinical Chrome Extension — an AI assistant that lives beside your web-based EHR during the encounter. Surfaces safety flags and services due; checks that the note supports what is billed. Clinician Copilot →
- Practice Dashboard — population health, worklists, and the visit-to-payment join. Where the care team works from and where billing gaps show up. For Practices →
- Patient Application — the patient-facing portal for surveys, care plans, and communication with the care team. For Patients →
How we work
- Bootstrapped. No outside investors, no vendor sponsorships, no revenue share on anything a practice bills. We charge a flat monthly fee per enrolled patient, and we never bill a payer ourselves.
- Read-only until you say otherwise. Our billing analysis changes nothing in your systems. Every finding carries the two records that disagree; your biller verifies and acts.
- Small on purpose. Three people, one practice, and the tools to make that enough.
